Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Condition of Goods
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and labels intact. Goods that are made-to-order, personalised, or customised are exempt from cancellation rights unless they are faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will include the original purchase price and the cost of standard delivery (if paid). We are not obliged to refund supplementary delivery costs where you selected an enhanced service (e.g. next-day or timed delivery).
Return Costs
If goods are returned because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you require a different size, colour, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Return
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at hello@dread.group quoting your order number. We will provide instructions for return. Goods should be returned securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if something’s not right, here’s how returns work:
- Changed your mind? You’ve got 14 days after receiving your order to let us know, and another 14 days to send it back.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags/packaging.
- Refunds: We’ll refund the item(s) plus the standard delivery charge (if paid). Faster shipping upgrades aren’t refundable.
- Return postage: If you’re returning because of a size swap or change of mind, you’ll need to cover the return cost. If it’s faulty or not as described, we’ll cover it.
- Exchanges: The quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order in the size/colour you need.
